How to use MAYAN

One sachet. Part of a real breakfast.

MAYAN powder is meant to sit inside a meal you already eat in the morning — not in a glass of processed sugar. Open one 4.5 g sachet and stir it into yogurt, a smoothie, fresh orange juice, or sprinkle it over breakfast cereal. The dose is the whole packet. No measuring.

Honey, never processed sugar

Dr. Wilson sweetened his original liquid drink with honey. Keep that habit. Sweeten yogurt, cereal, or a smoothie with local honey if you want it sweeter. Do not mix MAYAN with processed sugar — white sugar, syrups, soda, or packaged sweet drinks. The formula should never be taken with processed sugar.

Honey is a whole-food sweetener. It brings its own flavor, a little moisture, and the work of the hive instead of a refined crystal. Local honey keeps that closer to the farm and the field. If the breakfast is already fruit-sweet, you may not need any extra at all.

What else people notice

Circulation, digestion, and the first week.

The bag label is frank about the first days. Here is the same ground, written as it actually feels to live with the formula — not as a promise.

The first week

Give the body time

The label says new users may notice a headache in the first week, and people with irritable or sensitive bowels may feel a change. That is the body meeting a stronger daily dose of the four herbs, not a reason to push through pain. If anything lasts more than a week, stop and speak with your own physician.

Circulation

A warmer current

Dr. Wilson wrote that he first thought the formula worked by supplying better circulation at the edges of the body, and with it better nutrition to tissue. Some people describe the first days as a fuller pulse in the head or hands. That is why the bag mentions blood flow at all: as an adjustment, not as a medical claim.

Digestion

A quieter gut, over months

The same label warns that sensitive bowels may protest at first. For some, that protest settles. What remains is a gut that can sit with ordinary food again — not a cure, just more room at the table.

A note from Erich · on food

The longer account lives with the other personal notes: lifelong irritable bowel, foods that had to leave the plate, and what came back after months of the powder.

These notes sit beside the breakfast instructions, not above them. They do not replace the bag warning, and they do not replace your physician.
